Mark Pitzi - Founder & CEO

My main goal as a full-time active real estate professional is to work as diligently with my clients as possible to deliver maximum client satisfaction. We want to make the property ownership process seamless for them.

With the background of a former certified public accountant, I can offer my clients unique advice in areas such as the benefits of purchasing a home, tax implications and financial advisory tips. My 10+ years experience in the profession had a significant focus on ethical behavior, which I have carried with me into my career as a realtor and property manager.

Through owning a large personal portfolio of real estate and working as a top producing realtor since 2015, I have a built up a significant and diverse network of real estate related contacts. These include contractors, painters, plumbers, handymen, lenders, lawyers, appraisers, inspectors, professional photographers, etc. I can ensure that the clients whose properties we manage are in good hands.

My main niche in as a realtor has been working with investors and acting as their mentor. This includes finding good deals and analyzing cash-on-cash return, cap rates, ARV and other important investment factors. Our goal at BSNPM isn’t just to manage properties for our clients successfully, but to ensure they are getting the maximum potential out of their investments. Mark has the knowledge and experience to advise. Whether these means doing small renovations to get higher market rents, consider condo converting or how to handle tricky tenant situations.

Ian Estabrooks - CFO

Investor with 15 years of industry experience: Mr. Estabrooks specializes in all aspects of portfolio management and helps his clients achieve their investment and retirement related goals. He is currently employed by the Trust Company of Vermont, as a Portfolio Manager.

It aims to promote the standards in ethics, education, and professional excellence in the global investment industry. Being CFA charter holder requires maintaining the highest level of ethics even more stringent than legal requirements.

Scott Bornstein - Manager of Tenancy Operations

Scott is an experienced real estate and leasing agent and handles all aspects of finding that perfect tenant. This may include marketing properties, screening prospective tenants, preparing lease documents and acting as a representative of the property owner.
